Summary of Position
The Director of E-Commerce leads the strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of Sky High Marketing's E-Commerce Division. This role is responsible for maximizing online store performance, driving revenue growth, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring an exceptional client and customer experience. The Director collaborates cross-functionally to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the company's overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of online sales platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve sales, conversion rates, and user experience.
• Manage e-commerce budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the security of the e-commerce platform.
• Responsible for running monthly and quarterly store financial reports.
• Working with Finance Team on online store bank reconciliations.
• Running weekly L10 meetings.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a track record of driving online revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
