This position oversees shipping, receiving, inventory management, embroidery, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, heat press decoration, screen printing, e-commerce fulfillment, kitting, and client warehouse storage. 

The Director of E-Commerce leads the strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations of Sky High Marketing's E-Commerce Division. This role is responsible for maximizing online store performance, driving revenue growth, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring an exceptional client and customer experience. The Director collaborates cross-functionally to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the company's overall business objectives. 

The Branding Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role oversees assigned accounts maintained through product research, presentations, order management, vendor coordination, and online company stores. The Branding Specialist also provides backup support for sales team members during planned absences. 

Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations.

Responsible for producing high-quality printed designs on garments and other substrates using manual and/or automatic screen-printing equipment.
