 Job Title: Branding Specialist 

Reports To: Director of Sales – West Coast 

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week 

Location: On-site in Boise, ID or Las Vegas, NV 

Pay: $46,500 per year D.O.E.

Summary of Position 

The Branding Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role oversees assigned accounts maintained through product research, presentations, order management, vendor coordination, and online company stores. The Branding Specialist also provides backup support for sales team members during planned absences. 

Responsibilities 

• Manage and prioritize multiple client projects while meeting deadlines. 

• Research promotional products and develop client presentations and quotes. 

• Process orders, obtain artwork, review proofs, and ensure order accuracy. 

• Monitor production and fulfillment timelines to ensure timely delivery. 

• Communicate order status, delivery dates, tracking information, and any issues to clients. 

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, business development, operations, accounting, and leadership. 

• Utilize CommonSKU and ESP to identify product solutions. 

• Provide support to team members and assist with special projects as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Client-focused and service-oriented. 

• Highly organized and detail-oriented. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel. 

• Ability to effectively present information to team members and clients.
