DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Job Title: Director of Finance              

Reports To: CFO

Company Overview: We help promote our client’s brand through promotional products, branded apparel, corporate gifts, online stores, and more! We offer over 500,000 promotional products as well as marketing services and resources for our clients.

Summary of Position: As a Director of Finance, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to all financial activities of Sky High Marketing.  Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance, sales, and e-commerce reporting activities.    

Responsibilities Include:

Finance

·      Bank Reconciliations

·      Oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

·      Inventory Management and Finances

·      Invoice Checks between CSKU & QB

·      Provide Operations Financial Analysis

·      Oversees sample process

Reporting

·      Create Spreadsheets for various finance needs.

·      Create and Manage Data for various needs including:

o   Company Scorecards

o   Operations Data

o   Company Budgeting

·      Run all Revenue Reports

o   Revenue by Sales Team Member

o   Revenue by Division

o   Revenue by Division

Finance Team

·      Assist CFO with managing the finance team

·      Maintains confidentiality with all business financial information
