BOOKKEPER

Position: Bookkeeper         

Reports To: Director of Finance

Employment Type: Full-Time Position

Summary of Position: The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations. This role handles bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable,  bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The position ensures compliance with accounting standards, optimizes financial performance, and contributes to long-term business growth.   

Responsibilities Include:

·       Finance Planning and Analysis

·       Budgeting and Cost Management

·       Financial Reporting

·       Bank Reconciliation Support

·       E-Commerce Financial Support

·       Accounts Payable and Receivable Support

·       Inventory Management, Finances, and Reports

·       Understanding of E-Commerce Store and Finance Flow

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Experience in promotional industry is an asset.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (QuickBooks).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.
