 Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator 

Reports To: Production Manager 

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week 

Location: On-site in Waukesha, WI 

Salary: $18.00 per hour D.O.E

Summary of Position 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines and related equipment to produce high-quality decorated apparel. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to quality while ensuring production schedules and customer deadlines are met. Prior experience in embroidery, garment decoration, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is preferred. 

Responsibilities 

• Operate embroidery machines and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. 

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. 

• Assist in garment construction processes, including fabric cutting, stitching, and finishing. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety and quality standards. 

• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and defect-free items. 

• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets. 

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes. 

Qualifications 

• Experience with garment construction and embroidery machine operation is preferred. 

• Proficiency in embroidery techniques and understanding manufacturing processes. 

• Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and material handling. 

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues early. 

• Good mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting embroidery machines and related equipment. 

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
