Hours: Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm
Salary: $60,000- $65,000 Depending on experience.

Summary of Position
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the daily human resources operations for our growing team of 75+ team members. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for team member inquiries and handle tactical HR administration, compliance, and recruiting. This position executes core HR functions independently while collaborating with executive leadership on high-level strategy and policy decisions.
Responsibilities
Daily Team Member Support: Serve as the primary, accessible point of contact for daily staff inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage team member life cycle logistics, including conducting new-hire orientations, executing background checks, and facilitating exit interviews.
Compliance & Legal Records: Maintain accurate digital personnel files and ensure strict compliance with Idaho, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin state labor laws as well as federal labor laws (FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and EEOC).
Benefits & Payroll Administration: Coordinate with our external vendors to administer health benefits, manage annual open enrollment, and assist with payroll data entry or verification.
Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with hiring managers to post open roles, screen initial resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and draft executive-approved offer letters.
Performance Tracking: Distribute and track annual performance evaluations, ensuring managers complete reviews on time.
Team Member Relations: Address minor workplace conflicts directly and escalate complex or sensitive team member relations issues to executive leadership for guidance.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably as a generalist or coordinator.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Certification: PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus but not required.
Software Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms, modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), and standard office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, a high level of empathy, and a proven ability to handle strictly confidential information with discretion.
