Reports To: Director of Finance

Location: On-site in Waukesha, WI

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: $50,000 per year D.O.E.

Summary of Position

The Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations through accurate invoicing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account management. This role focuses mainly on invoicing while also assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, freight analysis, inventory reporting, and e-commerce financial processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

·       Manage client billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

·       Support financial processes related to company e-commerce stores.

·       Freight Cost Analysis.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

·       Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

·       Assist with Inventory Management, Finances, and Reports.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

·       3–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.

• Strong knowledge of billing operations, including AP/AR functions; experience with financial reporting preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (QuickBooks).

·       Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·       Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

·       Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
