
Objective:
Create a line of “Las Vegas” souvenirs to be available both at the Chamber office and via an online store.
Tactics:
The marketing team from both companies had an initial meeting to discuss the demographics of the customers that the Chamber felt it could attract through this program. Product options and price points were also discussed. Based on the initial meeting feedback Sky High Marketing’s creative team researched and developed about 50 different product options. A follow-up meeting lead to some decisions and resulted in an initial product launch of about 25 items for tourists to pick from.
